Carson Valley is not a place with a dentist on every corner. For a long time, anything beyond a routine cleaning meant a drive over the hill to Reno, a specialist referral, and a wait of weeks. Dr. Korcek built this practice specifically so that families here would not have to do that.
Implants, root canals, extractions, and orthodontic care are all handled in-house at our Minden office on County Rd. That matters most when something goes wrong. A cracked molar on a Tuesday morning should not turn into a three-week wait and an hour each way on US-395.
We are located at 1701 County Rd., Suite K in Minden, a few minutes from the roundabout at Highway 88, with parking directly outside and a ground-floor, step-free entrance.

Minden
Our home. Minden is the Douglas County seat, and our office sits on County Rd. just off Highway 88. If you live or work in town, you are five minutes away. That proximity is the whole reason we can offer same-day emergency slots — there is no drive standing between you and getting seen.
Gardnerville & the Ranchos
Minden and Gardnerville effectively run together, and most of our patients from Gardnerville and Gardnerville Ranchos are here in well under fifteen minutes. Families from the Ranchos often book siblings back-to-back, which we are happy to schedule — it turns two trips into one.
Carson City
Nevada’s capital is roughly twenty minutes north on US-395. Carson City patients usually come to us for one of two reasons: they want a practice where the same dentist handles the implant, the root canal, and the crown, or they are tired of being referred out for anything complex. Both are fair reasons to make the drive.
Genoa & Jacks Valley
Genoa, settled in 1851, is Nevada’s oldest town and sits just northwest of us along the foot of the Carson Range. Along with Jacks Valley and Indian Hills, it is a short, easy drive on Foothill Road — no highway required.
Stateline & South Lake Tahoe
Over Kingsbury Grade on NV-207, Stateline and South Lake Tahoe are close enough that plenty of Tahoe residents keep their dentist down in the valley. Winter conditions on the grade are worth checking before a morning appointment; call us if the road turns and we will move your time rather than have you drive it.
Topaz, Wellington & Yerington
Rural Nevada is where a full-service practice matters most, because the alternative is two separate long drives to two separate offices. Patients from Topaz Lake, Wellington, Smith Valley, and Yerington are always welcome. Tell us you are coming a distance and we will try to consolidate your treatment into fewer visits.
