What we offer and what sets us apart
Cosmetic dentistry is not about perfection for its own sake — it is about helping you feel confident and comfortable with your smile. Dr. Korcek takes a conservative approach to cosmetic work, meaning he always recommends the least invasive option that achieves the result you want. If tooth-colored bonding can fix a chip just as well as a veneer, he will tell you so.
Professional Teeth Whitening
In-office whitening produces results several shades brighter in a single visit. Take-home tray systems are also available for gradual whitening at your own pace.
Porcelain Veneers
Ultra-thin ceramic shells bonded to the front surface of teeth to correct chips, gaps, discoloration, and minor alignment issues. Requires minimal tooth preparation.
Composite Bonding
Tooth-colored resin applied and sculpted directly to the tooth to repair chips, cracks, or gaps. A single-visit solution with no lab work required.
Tooth-Colored Fillings
All restorations at Korcek Dental use composite resin — never amalgam. Fillings are matched precisely to your natural tooth shade.
Smile Makeovers
Combining two or more treatments to comprehensively transform the appearance of your smile. Treatment planned in a single consultation.
Gum Contouring
Reshaping the gumline to create a more balanced, proportional smile. Often combined with veneers or bonding for comprehensive results.
The most popular cosmetic treatment for a reason
Professional whitening is one of the most cost-effective ways to improve your smile’s appearance. Over-the-counter strips use a fraction of the whitening concentration available at a dental office, and they cannot be customized to your tooth shape, meaning uneven results are common.
In-office whitening uses a professional-strength peroxide gel activated by a specialized light. Most patients see results of 6–10 shades brighter in a single 60-90 minute appointment. Take-home trays use custom-molded trays fitted to your exact bite for more even coverage than any strip product.
Results typically last 1–3 years depending on diet and lifestyle habits. Coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco are the primary contributors to staining. A simple annual touch-up with your take-home trays maintains your results.
Good candidates
Patients with intrinsic (deep) or extrinsic (surface) staining. Whitening works on natural enamel only — crowns and veneers will not respond and may need to be replaced after whitening if they no longer match.
Sensitivity
Some patients experience temporary sensitivity during or after whitening. This is normal and resolves within 24–48 hours. Dr. Korcek recommends a sensitivity toothpaste in the days before treatment.
